Grant Wood: Showing perspective with size, placement, and clarity using paint, crayons, and rubbings. Young artists will create their own farm landscapes with textures and patterns using fun materials in a new way.
Marc Chagall: Our young artists wil use oil paints to create enchanted villages in the Chagall style.
Paul Klee: Using watercolor washes, the young artists will create their own abstract compositions from their feelings and imaginations.
Georges Seurat: Students will create their own "pointillism" masterpieces while learning and applying color theory.
Faith Ringold: Student artists use cut-paper quilt designs combined with oil pastel pictures of a favorite memory to imitate her style.
